Dai Viet group builds more logistics center up to 8.3 Ha

Recently, Dai Viet Group – Daikiosan/Makano brand announced plans to build a second factory in Nam Thuan Industrial Park (Long An Province), with an area of 83,000m2.This is a large-scale factory that can meet the requirements of developing warehouse services, serving e-commerce businesses and producing health care products such as massage chairs, treadmills, exercise bikes…
Accordingly, this warehouse development service is Baspro – logistics industry technology company in the “ecosystem” of Dai Viet Group. “This will be the logistics center that will serve as a distribution center, handling orders. The service will assist the business to shorten the sales stage, minimize staffing, costs during operation for the business, “the business representative said.
Also produce health care products in the goal of “increasing the rate of product localization, perfecting the safe, friendly and convenient product ecosystem for every home and every business”.
The new plant is expected to have a maximum capacity of one million products per year, providing 30% for the domestic market and 70% for export.
Accordingly, in order to meet high quality human resources to ensure the production development process of the factory, Dai Viet has trained and recruited national and international experts.
According to the representative of the corporation, the factory will have an AI Research Center to own and develop technologies. At the same time, the factory will invest in autonomous robots more than 80%, each line to replace people in the production of electronic circuits, production of machine frames, automatic paints. “This will help reduce operating costs, increase productivity, improve quality… but lower product costs. We will strive to bring premium products of the best quality standards, at reasonable prices to consumers, “Ms. Lan Chi, representative of the group, affirmed.

Previously, Dai Viet’s first factory and related companies were located in Hai Son industrial cluster (Long An province), with a total floor area of nearly 100,000m2, and a total investment of more than VND 700 billion with a capacity of up to 480,000 finished products per year and millions of components will be exported to international markets. The factory was opened and put into use in October 2021, specializing in producing water filters, bare plastic boards, floor plastic, plastic doors…

Through the epidemic period, Dai Viet still recorded growth in the context of consumers’ increasing preference for health care products. The products of this group such as coolers, water filters, massage chairs, kitchen equipment… with Daikiosan, Makano… recorded great consumption.
In 2021, Dai Viet was ranked in the Top 500 largest private enterprises in Vietnam and ranked 19th in the Top 500 fastest-growing enterprises in Vietnam, according to Vietnam Report.
“The development of Dai Viet has always been associated with the responsibility for the community – society,” the representative of the corporation said. The “Rebirth Day” project has brought free clean water to millions of people in disadvantaged areas across the country since the end of 2018.
The project received the “Maketing Sustainable Development 2021 for Community” award at M4D Award – an award to honor and encourage marketing initiatives towards sustainable development goals and create human values for society.
