Seminar “How The Offshore And Shipping Industries Can Support Vietnam’s Energy Transition”
03/08/2022Approved by the Prime Minister in July, the project on development of maritime economic clusters associated with building strong marine economic centers in the period up to 2030 has identified comprehensible views on the rapid and sustainable development, in order to create strong marine economic centers of the country associated with the implementation of the sustainable development strategy of Vietnam’s marine economy and also Vietnam’s economy.
According to experts’ assessment and previous reports, sustainable development of the marine economy, implementation of the blue economy in Vietnam and towards the development of a sustainable economy, is the right and essential direction for the current economic situation, general trends and natural resources. This process should clearly define some key projects to focus on implementation, periodically evaluate, monitor effectiveness and respond to implementation.

Seeing the advisable orientations and community’s benefits, INMEX Vietnam 2022 is pleased to accompany the Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Association (VISIA), bringing a seminar titled “How the Offshore and Shipping Industries Can Support Vietnam’s Energy Transition” which will occur on 08 September 2022 from 13:30 – 17:00 at the seminar room within exhibiting space. Our seminar will cover the latest updates on classification and certification, new technology and new methods for sustainable shipbuilding, in addition, the seminar will also talk about advanced efficiency in engine design and green fuel to power energy transition. All of our sessions will be presented by leading national and international marine industry experts with extensive experience in energy use and conversion.
