PVS announces the opening of a branch in the Middle East
01/03/2023PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC, stock code PVS) has announced the opening of a Middle East branch in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The branch in the Middle East is registered and headquartered in Abu Dhabi, UAE with the English transaction name: PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation – Abu Dhabi (PTSC Abu Dhabi).
Accordingly, the branch will provide the main services such as: Installation and maintenance of equipment at oil and natural gas fields; operation and maintenance of oil and gas exploitation works; marine services related to the oil and gas industry; services for onshore and offshore oil and gas exploitation and fields.
Previously, on July 19, 2022, the Board of Directors of PTSC issued Decision No. 322/QD-PTSC-HĐQT on the establishment of a branch of PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation in the Middle East.
PTSC was established in February 1993 with the field of operation providing technical services for the oil and gas industry. In which, PTSC has many types of strategic services that have been professionalized to international level such as: EPCI General Contractor (consultation, design – equipment procurement – construction, installation at sea); EPC general contractor for industrial works; Floating storage service for handling and exporting crude oil FSO/FPSO…
Closing the session yesterday, January 12, PVS shares increased by 4.37% and closed at 23,900 VND/share.
